This one is not just the change of the verbs, but also the change of tenses. The words be given are made by the formula of present perfect tense which uses the third verb. While the word give is just made by the formula of present simple tense , which uses the 1st verb. So in here, it's the same thing as the first point, which is that Dini is talking about present that she just wants to do. So we also use present simple here.
