Penjelasan:

cukup pahami beberapa kegunaan dari Gerund dan Infinitive untuk dapat memahami bagaimana cara menggunakannya.

1. Gerund dan Infinitive bisa di gunakan sebagai object pada kalimat.

   e.g : "opening a new busniess" pada kalimat pertama berperan sebagai object - Gerund

   e.g : "to dance at local dance studio" pada kalimat kedua.

2.  Gerund sebagai subject pada sebuah kalimat

karna tidak ada cnth di atas maka sy buatkan

  e.g : "studying is very important" studying sbg subject

3. infinitive digunakan setelah kata kerja tertntu dan di ikuti oleh nouns atau pronouns pada sebuah kalimat yang menunjukan seseorang

  e.g :  "agreed to help me" pada kalimat ketiga

           "promise not to tell anyone" pada kalimat ke sembilan.

4. keduanya dapat di gunakan setelah kata kerja tertentu. untuk mengetahui apa saja kata kerja yang dapat digunakan mungkin bisa di search d google, ada banyak kata kerja tertentu yang bisa di ikuti baik itu Infinitive maupun Gerund.
